"I would highly recommend Linzie to anyone looking at buying a home in the Boise area. As my wife and I said to each other on multiple occasions while we were working with her, Linzie is really good at her job. She is knowledgeable, communicative, thorough, professional, understands the local neighborhoods and the market, and at the same time is very personable and easy to work with. She helped guide us to a home in Eagle that was a perfect fit. As buyers in an overheated seller's market, that was a particular challenge but Linzie was always on top of the market and helped us move quickly on properties as they came available. She also guided us very expertly through some complex negotiations. As crazy as things got, we always felt like we were in control with the help of a professional who understood what we wanted. One of the best things about working with Linzie was that she wouldn't let us get too down, even when the home search seemed overwhelming. Linzie is extremely professional, polite, positive and a pleasure to work with.
Her buyers flew in for meetings/walks, otherwise conversations were via email. Linzie stayed involved on and maintained constant communication. She verified meetings/walks and timelines to ensure deadlines were met. She coordinated with title for an early signing of documents when both buyers were in town for a seamless closing.
Linzie stayed positive when issues arose (Exterior colors were re-painted at buyer’s request – Interior colors were not painted correctly by our painters and had to be corrected and other issues) and helped keep everyone calm so resolutions could be found.
Linzie works hard to make sure her Buyer’s interests are protected. This project changed to a cash closing and was going to possibly have a landscape withhold. When I explained our reasons that Brighton does not agree to escrow withholds for cash closings, she advised her Buyers why an escrow withhold protects them while still remaining positive about Brighton and reminding the buyers that we are a very reputable builder. In the end, the landscaping was complete but we were able to come up with a backup plan that everyone was satisfied with just in case.
I highly recommend Linzie to anyone considering building a new home.
